Hi, I'm Jithendranath Joijoide — my friends call me 'Jithu'(as in 'G'+'2'). So can you. With over 25 years in the tech industry, I've led high-impact engineering teams at some of the world's biggest companies and fast-moving startups. I spent over 5 years at Meta building large-scale AI systems that power Facebook and Instagram’s Ads, Recommendations, and Feeds — and prior to that I had spent over 8 years at Yahoo!, where I built an AI Engineering team from the ground up, developing AI frameworks and tools that powered core products. I also led machine learning teams focused on Trust and Safety, working to keep Yahoo's Advertising systems secure.
Over the years, in my senior leadership positions I've personally interviewed thousands of engineers at every level — from college grads to senior leaders — and I've built hiring frameworks and interview processes used to evaluate talent across large organizations.
