User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

Booking and Payment Terms

• Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment

Payment Processing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• Technical issues on our end: Full refund or rescheduling
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the incident giving rise to liability.

Termination
